Black & White Bridging has announced two improvements to its truly transparent product set.<\/p>\n
Borrowers who use Black & White\u2019s Sales Period Bridge can now benefit\u00a0by keeping 20% of sale proceeds per unit sale, unlocking more funds for future projects and growth. The product is aimed at developers\u00a0and property professionals\u00a0looking to release equity on an existing scheme nearing completion.<\/p>\n
The lender has also enhanced its Residential Bridging product for\u00a0those looking to release funds in larger, higher-value assets. Black & White had previously advertised this product from \u00a350k – \u00a32.5m, which is still available, but can now fund deals from \u00a34m+ as a \u2018platinum\u2019 add-on at a different rate.<\/p>\n
