{"id":7359,"date":"2024-09-24T16:10:41","date_gmt":"2024-09-24T16:10:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blackandwhitebridging.co.uk\/?p=7359"},"modified":"2024-09-24T16:11:07","modified_gmt":"2024-09-24T16:11:07","slug":"new-100m-funding-line-agreed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blackandwhitebridging.co.uk\/new-100m-funding-line-agreed\/","title":{"rendered":"New \u00a3100m funding line agreed!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bridgingloandirectory.co.uk\/companies\/black-white-bridging\/\">Black &amp; White Bridging<\/a>, who specialise in bridging and development finance, has agreed on a significant new funding line.<\/p>\n<p>The new funding line is worth \u00a3100 million and means Black &amp; White will be able to expand the type of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bridgingloandirectory.co.uk\/what-is-a-bridging-loan\/\">bridging loan<\/a>\u00a0it offers to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bridgingloandirectory.co.uk\/bridging-loan-brokers\/\">brokers<\/a>\u00a0and their clients, and also reduce rates.<\/p>\n<p>The new facility means that Black &amp; White will now increase its maximum loan size from \u00a32.5 million to \u00a37.5 million, which can be higher on referral and enhanced due diligence.<\/p>\n<p>It will also launch a range of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bridgingloandirectory.co.uk\/what-is-a-bridging-loan\/\">bridging loans<\/a>\u00a0with even more competitive interest rates and variable proc fees, enabling intermediaries to decide how much to earn and how low they would like the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bridgingloandirectory.co.uk\/guides\/bridging-loan-interest-rates\/\">interest rate<\/a>\u00a0to be for their clients.<\/p>\n<p>Black &amp; White operates through intermediaries and has a growing reputation for excellent service, with complete transparency and no grey areas.<\/p>\n<p>This service excellence has resulted in Black &amp; White doubling its total lending within the last two years.<\/p>\n<p>The new funding line will enable it to fulfill its aim to double in size again in the coming year.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Martyn Smith, managing director at Black &amp; White, said:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have ambitious growth plans, and this new funding line will enable us to increase the speed of our growth while helping intermediaries, investors and developers.<\/p>\n<p>We aim to make a real difference in the bridging market.
