{"id":7432,"date":"2024-10-04T11:52:27","date_gmt":"2024-10-04T11:52:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blackandwhitebridging.co.uk\/?p=7432"},"modified":"2024-10-04T12:31:50","modified_gmt":"2024-10-04T12:31:50","slug":"two-major-announcements-at-bw","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blackandwhitebridging.co.uk\/two-major-announcements-at-bw\/","title":{"rendered":"Two major announcements at B&#038;W!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">It&#8217;s exciting times at\u00a0<b>Black &amp; White Bridging<\/b>\u00a0and we wanted to share our recent updates with you&#8230; <\/span><span class=\"s2\">\ud83d\ude80<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>We&#8217;ve secured a new \u00a3100m funding line!<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">On our mission to provide brokers and their borrowers with truly transparent lending with no grey areas, we have secured a new \u00a3100m funding line to deliver more loans, at speed, through our intermediary network.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">This new funding means we can:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Expand our bridging offering by increasing loan size from \u00a32.5m to \u00a37.5m, and even higher on referral<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Offer more competitive interest rates and proc fees<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\"><span class=\"s1\">Double our lending capacity year-on-year<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>We&#8217;re opening two new regional hubs!\u00a0<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">We have announced extra funding and expanded across the country by opening two new regional hubs in London and Manchester. We&#8217;re expanding out of our base near Bath, tripling our number of office locations to be closer to brokers, borrowers, and business partners around the country.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">The new offices will give Black &amp; White a greater presence in both the north and the southeast whilst supporting team members already in those locations. The Manchester office is located in Spinningfields, and the London office is set in Kings Cross, both with excellent transport links.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Martyn Smith, Managing Director\u00a0<\/b>said:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>\u201c<\/b>These new offices have been planned for some time as part of our ambitious growth plans, so it is good to see them come to fruition. The new offices will help us to reach even more brokers, partners, investors and attract new team members across the country whilst accelerating our next phase of growth.<b>\u201d\u00a0<\/b><b><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Damien Druce, Commercial Director<\/b> said:<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">&#8220;Since repositioning the business in 2021, we&#8217;ve been scaling sustainably, trying to be ahead of the curve by forward-filling with the right people, they are ultimately our product. Regional offices were part of our long-term plan, and the recent funding announcement allowed that to happen and will become the catalyst for improved reach and coverage in the coming months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><span class=\"s1\">It&#8217;s been a fantastic journey so far. We have cultivated a super strong team ethic, and the challenge is to maintain that as we continue with our expansion.
