Welcome to our four new hires!

Black and White Bridging has made four new key appointments to the Relationship team at the beginning of February 2025. Its a significant expansion that enhances our commitment to providing exceptional service to intermediaries and borrowers across the country. The new appointments represents an increase of nearly a quarter our workforce, reinforces our dedication to growth and excellence in the specialist lending market. They’ve joined us at a really exciting time!

To establish our brand new internal sales desk, we appointed Dan Nathan as Internal Relationship Manager and Sureyya Vudali as Social Media and Marketing Executive.

Dan will be vital in supporting our existing intermediaries and onboarding new brokers, ensuring they receive the best-in-class service that we are known for.

Dan Nathan, Internal Relationship Manager commented:

Sureyya Vudali joins with extensive experience in reactive social media and brand strategy, having worked previously with Starling Bank and Metro Bank. As a Social Media and Marketing Executive, Sureyya will focus on championing Black and White Bridging’s message of truly transparent lending with no grey areas and ensuring we are committed to intermediaries, and is clearly communicated through all channels and platforms.

Mike Underwood and Shahed Popet are our new Relationship Managers to enhance our presence in the South of England. Mike was formerly a Product Manager at Adsum, and is a well known figure among commercial brokers nationwide. Shahed is another industry figurehead, and he brings extensive market expertise from his previous role at Roma Finance.

Shahed Popet, Relationship Manager added:
